If you are not happy with how your reading is progressing, simply stop the reading within the first 5 minutes of the call and we will transfer you to another reader at no further cost or loss of minutes.

If you abandon your reading after 5 minutes we will offer you your remaining minutes with another reader as long as you have a minimum of 10 minutes left*.

If you are not happy with your second reader, simply abandon the reading within the first 5 minutes and we will offer you either a third reader of a full refund
