1. Some companies say you get what you pay for. You only charge £1.25 per minute for your initial booking; does that mean your readers or your service is not as good as companies who charge more?
Generally speaking you ‘should’ expect to get a better service the more you pay. The reason being the company could afford to pay the best rates to retain the services of the best readers but it is not always the case. The same applies the other way, that if you look hard enough you will find a good reader who gets paid a lot less working for companies who charge a lot less.
Times have changed and clients are much savvier these days and do shop around and compare services. We also realised that we could reduce the cost of the readings without sacrificing the quality of the readers that we pay to retain their services. This is a win win situation for the clients, the readers and for us, hopefully because our service is more attractive than other services.
2. How confidential is this service?
Firstly, all our calls are recorded mainly to protect you as well as the reader. No-one will hear the recording accept in the unlikely event a complaint is raised or monitoring for quality control purposes. However, we do encounter specific types of situations that call for absolute discretion on our part. Therefore, if we ever need to call you (i.e. if you have forgotten your appointment) and someone else answers the phone we never say what we do, we just give our first name and ask if you can call us back on our 0800 number. Alternatively, if you wish us to call you back on a mobile or another number with your reader this can also be arranged at a small cost.
3. How does a telephone reading work?
The reader mainly tunes in to the client by thinking about them and tuning into their voice.
4. How much information should I give to the reader?
None at all if you don’t want to. However, all clients have a reason why they phoning and if you want to get to the root of the problem quicker then you should not ask for a ‘General Reading’ as most readers know when they are being tested. Instead, we would suggest you advise the reader that you would like to concentrate on a specific area i.e. work, finances; relationships etc and let them do the rest.
5. What if I cannot relate to what the reader is saying?
Generally speaking, if you can relate to influences provided about your past and your present life then there is no reason you should not be confident about the future influences given to you, even if you cannot relate to them ‘today’. However, if you cannot relate to any of the influences given to you then it’s very likely that the reader has not been able to tune into you and you or the reader should stop the reading using the 5 minute guarantee.
6. How often should I have a reading?
That depends on you. We have clients that phone every day, every week, every month or every 3, 6 or even 12 months. Clients only phone when they feel a need to phone. When people are going through a particularly difficult time they may phone more often than normal and less than normal if they are going through a more contented time. There a many different reasons to phone other than about relationships or trying to contact a loved one that has passed away. Many clients phone when they want guidance on specific issues that are not necessarily problems like: changing jobs, home or location. Some clients just simply want to talk.
